Richard
Mason (pictured right), Director of Alpha World
Ministries and acting President. Founded AWMinistries
and Alpha Fiber, Inc technology company (www.alphafiber.com)
from the Lord’s prompting in 2002. Prior to founding
these 2 companies, Mr. Mason was International Sales
Manager for Mindspeed Technologies, a data
communications semiconductor company, as well as Adult
Sunday School teacher, Youth leader, and Chairman of the
Administrative Council at his home church in Tarpon
Springs, FL.
Rebecca Thuma-Mason, wife of founder Rich Mason, is
a director of Alpha World Ministries and also a founding
director of Lighthouse Christian Homeschool Academy in
Tarpon Springs, Florida. Prior to her work with Alpha
World Ministries, Mrs. Mason was a Pinellas County
teacher for over 10 years, teaching Middle School and
High School English and Literature, and a leader of many
different woman’s Bible studies. In addition to her work
with Alpha World Ministries and Lighthouse Christian
Homeschool Academy, Mrs. Mason also homeschools and
nurtures their wonderful 3 children at home.
Andre
Nieuwendam, (pictured left) Director of Alpha World
Ministries and Author of "Where's the Fruit?, Pure
Outreach, and Unity, Andre answered the Lord’s
call to join with Rich Mason when he discovered the
vision he had been given matched with the vision the
Lord gave to Rich. After 9 months helping to launch the
ministry in Florida, Andre and his wife obediently went
to the west coast of the US where the Lord directed him
to write 3 books and placed it in his heart to lead a
radical church reformation. Do You Believe fits into the
Vision as an event that is taking the word outside of
the church to the non believer. Andre graduated from
Trinity Christian College and also received his
ordination there. Andre also served as IT Director for
Revival Ministries International from 2002 - 2006, where
he was touched by the power of God and the many signs
and wonders he saw there. Andre also recently received
his Masters Degree in Information Technologies and
currently heads Salvation Day International and Pure
Outreach Ministries.
